Whenever I see the hats that English women wear to events such as the Royal Ascot, I have to wonder sometimes what they are thinking!  Though, I must say- I have seen some pretty fierce hats, and- after living in Maine the past month where there has been rain EVERY SINGLE DAY... well.. let's just say I understand why you want something a little exciting in your grey and rainy day.
Will it ever stop raining here?? ahhhh!!!
