Check out the new neighbors!

Yay!  I am so excited to share these pictures with you.  They are SO brilliant, I just hope that you appreciate them as much as I do, especially for the real estate aspect.. !!!!!

So, as some of you may or may not know, I live on North Bay Road in Miami (stalkers, don't bother, it's a big road) and we have a ton of interesting neighbors... for instance, Hulk Hogan lives right down the street! So... it was a little strange when we began seeing a TON of police cars- and I mean a LOT- parked at the house next to the Hogan's.  Maybe a little extra security?  Noo.. they have a REALLY big gate.  Well, huh?  Wait... the police cars are in the house for SALE, next door!  Now that's weird...

And here's what I mean by a lot:

Those are ALL Miami Beach police cars.. and this doesn't include the many cars inside the gates, as well as a truck.  So, we've been like, "what's up?".. this is a little weird!

So, today, as I'm driving by, I go in for a closer look... hmmmm ... maybe there's something going on inside.
Do you see what I see???

CLOSER LOOK: FAVORITE REAL ESTATE PIC EVER:

(think to oneself, now THAT'S what you do when you can't carry your mortgage... lease it to the city!)

Suddenly, Sotheby's doesn't seem so stuffy anymore!

The house is listed at $ 10.9 Million, so it seems a lot nicer than the police academy!  And really, I mean, I guess a house that huge would have a bazillion places for a Swat team to practice.. or relax.. or enjoy the ocean and bay air.

(This section is in no way a criticism of our lovely police force.  Please understand that I just love Florida and the way the cities run here.. it's, well.. entertaining!  It's not NYC, baby! )

I'll leave you with some pics of the house :

Well, there you go!  Do you think the coast guard gets jealous?

Have a great day!!
